During our time managing The Edinburgh Concierge Company, we have come across quite a few guests that arrive in Edinburgh hoping to arrange experiences that realistically they either don’t have the time to arrange or simply they don’t have the knowledge or indeed the contacts to do so. We aim to change that and offer all our guests staying in properties we manage an all inclusive service. Our personal concierge will tailor your guest’s experience and requests to ensure they have a holiday of a lifetime. We make it our business for all the properties we manage to stand out for all the right reasons and feedback has shown that our Concierge and Celebration Planning Service can make the difference between a good holiday and a great holiday for your guests and this service can be a deciding factor when choosing accommodation.

– Kilt hire collection/drop off for special events
– An intimate private dinner with your own chef  at the apartment for 2 or more guests

– Champagne and canapé evenings arranged for wedding parties
– Private tours
– Hire and drop-off/collection of any extra items your guests may need,  such as a baby cot, high chair, wheelchair, etc.
– Personal PA/admin services for those who are working away from the office.

For a reasonable charge, your guests can take advantage of a pickup and drop off luggage service to anywhere in the city, which would also include storage for up to five hours. Due to the limited space in the vehicle, we can only keep small cases, one per person up to five, (the type that are allowed to be carried on when flying), rucksacks and carrier bags. Larger cases could possibly be accommodated depending on size. Guests would liaise directly with us and we would be under no obligation to take all the cases.


All our guests receive a hamper of food on their arrival. Although this is usually appreciated, sometimes they want a little bit more. The Edinburgh Concierge Company will on request, carry out a food shop to the guest’s specification and within their required budget determined beforehand, deliver and appropriately store the food in time for their arrival.


The Edinburgh Concierge Company have arranged with a local bespoke tour company, preferential rates for all guests staying in the properties we manage. Whether your guests want a Whisky tour,  a tour around the castles of Scotland or just a two-hour walking foodie tour around the city, we can organise any requests at attractive prices. Many of the tours will take in unique sights and experiences that they won’t be able to experience with other tours. Just another reason for using us to manage your properties.

We visited for my mum’s 60th birthday and HolidayLet Services were extremely helpful in suggesting places to dine that would be special. Linda  was so helpful, she arranged for flowers and prosecco to be there on arrival and booked a beautiful restaurant for us as well as answering lots of questions for me
